Best rooftop views, including sunset and overlooking the plaza with 8 churches in view. Remarkable designer renovation of a historic building. Absolutely quiet. Sparkling clean. Elegant. Luxurious. Feels royal. Wonderful chef-level breakfast, dinner, desserts, and drinks. Helpful and friendly staff. Exquisitely decorated rooms with handmade Moroccan textiles. Comfy bed with pristine linens. Huge spa-like bath. Boutique in every sense. A truly curated experience. Amazing value for this level of personal service and perfection.

What a lovely hotel in the heart of SMA. It was simply perfect. A very understated elegance prevailed with splashes of luxury here and there.

The hotel rooms, staff are excellent as well as the location.

Location was amazing. So close to Jardin Allende, Parque Benito Juarez, the museum and shops. The accommodations were lovely. The room and the bathroom were great sizes. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Pleasing overall design aspect. Also the restaurant, Fatima 7, has amazing views and great food. Breakfast was included and there was a very broad selection. Valet parking was also included - we rented a car from Mexico City and drove in so was nice to be able to have the staff park the car and not have to worry.

Was impressed that we were able to order off the menu, no buffet boring food!
